Good ol’ bacon and eggs.

I’m meeting friends for brunch today, but the menu at the coffee shop doesn’t look very Paleo-friendly (pastries, sandwiches, etc.), so I’m starting with a little breakfast at home. I’ll see what I can find at this place — a pre-made salad, maybe?

I might just roast up a few Brussels sprouts before I go, though. Breakfast just doesn’t feel complete without veggies anymore!!
