It’s so easy, a caveman could do it!

Sorry… I had to get a cheesy paleo/Geico commercial joke in eventually.

My lunch just shows how simple it is to eat a delicious, satisfying paleo meal.

1. Choose a protein: I went with my last leftover tilapia filet.

2. Add veggies: I enjoyed a huge salad of mixed greens with cucumber, grated carrot and sweet peppers.

3. Round it off with some healthy fat: I had a small handful of raw almonds, and the olive oil/balsamic dressing on my salad counts as well.

I think this method of eating is a hell of a lot simpler than counting calories, and the combinations you can make for breakfast, lunch and dinner are endless! Choose your own adventure.
