Healthy airport noms at SFO: roasted beet salad with walnuts and balsamic, fruit cup, delicious drinking fountain water.

I’m going Paleo when I get back to Seattle, with the exception of beer, chocolate, possibly oatmeal and birthday cake! (I allegedly turn 25 on Monday.)

I almost had abs last summer when I ate Paleo for a few weeks and I felt amazing. Time to get healthy on the inside and back in shape on the outside once my ankle gets back to normal!!
