4 mile run tonight. Happy with it.

I saw a girl crash her bike while I was on my run and her helmet broke apart. She was OK. Thank goodness she was wearing a helmet.

I found out today that someone close to me fell and broke his hip. He was not OK. He passed away due to other complications and old age.

Tough day. Really tough.
