This is my attempt to recreate an amazing salad I had from Trader Joe’s the other night: baby arugula, grape tomatoes, mozzerella, pecans and Amy’s Green Goddess dressing.

The TJ’s salad had a fantastic oil-based pesto dressing and no pecans, but this is pretty bomb, too.
