Notes from Monday:
I’m down 2.4 pounds since last Monday. I usually don’t keep too close an eye on my weight, but when my jeans start feeling too tight, I know it’s time to refocus on healthy eating and fewer desserts/alcoholic beverages. This also helps me feel better – and run better – overall. (And my jeans fit well today.)
I got my hair cut yesterday, but you’d never know because my girl is quite skilled at getting rid of split ends while avoiding that awkward “I just got my hair cut and it won’t look normal for another five days” thing. You know what I mean.
I took the trouble to put on makeup, straighten my hair and wear something other than a t-shirt today. Because…
I got enough sleep last night, and it was awesome. Must do this more often!
