My first run after the 10K! I seem to like running at about a 9:30 pace. I went easier on the last three miles since my knees are still grumpy from the beating I gave ‘em on Sunday.
I usually run along the Fremont Canal, and many times there are crew teams out rowing. Tonight a women’s team was rowing and their coach was following in a little motorboat, yelling through a bullhorn: “Keep your core strong! Stay linear! Looking good!”
I found her advice to be helpful, as well : D
