I did Jillian’s 40-minute No More Trouble Zones DVD instead of my planned 20-minute 30 Day Shred DVD and two-mile run (didn’t feel like going to the gym for the treadmill). If you haven’t tried this DVD yet, it’s quite the ass-kicker!
Roasted a bunch of asparagus and zucchini in a bit of olive oil during the workout. Eating half with two fried eggs, saving half for lunch tomorrow. Wheeee!
