Hello from Tracktown! #EugeneMarathon (at Hayward Field)

Hi! I’m Devon

I’m a copywriter by day and a runner by night… and weekend, morning and sometimes lunchtime. I’m always chasing after big goals while enjoying life with my family in the beautiful Seattle area.

27 miles 🏃🏻‍♀️ 3 yoga practices 🙏🏻 and 1 strength training session 💪🏻 make for a great week in my book! Plus, I’ve run 80 miles of my 100-mile goal this month.⁣

Smoothies are so customizable: swap in your favorite liquid, leave out what you don’t have or like, throw in a few things you love!⁣

Last week: 25.3 miles over five days of running, plus three days of yoga!⁣⁣

Meet our second foster dog through @casa_dogrescue, Pumpkin! She gives serious Dobby vibes with her incredible ears. 😍⁣

I’m so glad @halliehalferty texted right before I headed out for a run and we got to do 6.2 miles together! 🙌🏻⁣

7 miles done, 22 for the week, 28/100 in January!⁣
