Toasted sourdough bread + mayonnaise (the REAL kind) + sliced avocado = avocado sandwich.
Plus more avocado on the side, because I couldn’t fit the whole avocado between the bread.
I will eat avocados morning, noon and night, in guacamole, on salads or straight from the rind with a spoon. If I had to pick one thing to eat for the rest of my life, it might be avocados.
I’m slightly allergic to them — my lips get red and my mouth feels a little puffy after I eat them — but not even that’ll stop me.
And I ain’t sorry.
