Breakfast and success

I’m nomming on leftover roasted chicken, two scrambled eggs and these cute little sweet peppers for breakfast. I love cute food!

I would totally give you the recipe for the chicken, but it’s actually one of those already-cooked rotisserie chickens that hungry people barge into the grocery store and grab for dinner because OMG FEED ME NOW. Kindly direct your recipe inquiries to Safeway.

I have no doubt that many of you are looking to wile away your Friday by falling down an Internet rabbit-hole only to resurface at 5:00. I’m here to present you with that time-consuming distraction:

Primal Success Stories

This dude’s story is epic.

And there are more. Of course, a bunch of the stories are about people dropping weight and reversing diseases like type-2 diabetes, but there are also stories about people who have overcome eating disorders and developed a healthier relationship with food through the primal/paelo eating lifestyle. Also, there are abs. Lots of abs.

I had fun last night clicking through the stories and becoming even more inspired to continue this way of eating. Enjoy!
